Privacy Policy

Fight Decoder is built to be private by default. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Signing in

You sign in with Apple or Google. Fight Decoder does not create or store passwords. Sign in and your account session are handled by a secure authentication and database service. From the sign in provider we receive a basic account identifier and, in most cases, an email address. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only receive a private relay address.

What Fight Decoder stores

Your account. A user identifier, your email if one is provided, and the display name and preferences you set in the app.

Your results. When you use Decode or Rewrite, the result that is generated for you may be saved to your account so the app can show it to you again.

What we do not store. We do not store the raw screenshots you upload or the raw chat text you paste. By default this content is used only to generate your result and is not kept.

How your input is processed

To produce a Decode or Rewrite result, the screenshot or text you provide is sent over a secure connection to our backend. The backend passes the content to an AI service provider, which generates your result. The AI provider processes your content to create the result, under its own terms. Fight Decoder never calls AI providers directly from your device.

Crash reporting

To keep the app stable, Fight Decoder uses a crash reporting service. If the app crashes, a technical crash report is sent to that service. These reports are designed to leave out your personal content. They do not include your messages, your screenshots, authentication tokens, your email address, or your user ID. They contain technical detail such as the type of error and which screen you were on.

Services we rely on

Each service handles data under its own privacy terms.
